Chairman of the Board: Sergey Vasilevich Artakhov Mr. Artakhov is engaged in ownership questions and carries out the corporate property policy of the Korston Group of companies. He is also in charge of investor relations and shareholder's activities.

In 1992 Sergey Artakhov was selected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the public joint stock company Orlyonok Hotel Complex.

Mr. Artakhov began his career in 1978 as the chief of the laboratory in Izhevsk Radio Factory. Since 1980 he has been actively engaged in public activity in the frameworks of the Komsomol, in the beginning in the Udmurt Autonomous Republic with the subsequent transition in the central committee of the young communist league. In this period Sergey Artakhov worked toward preservation and strengthening of the material assets of the organization, and since 1990 he has actively participated in development of principles and bases of their activity in new economic conditions. In particular, he is now engaged in the process of share management of the Orlyonok Hotel Complex and a number of other enterprises.

Mr. Artakhov graduated from the Ryazan radio-engineering institute, as a radio engineer.

Sergey Vasilevich Artakhov is the chairman of the Board of directors of the publishing and typographic corporation Molodaya Gvardiya, and also one of the founders and chiefs of the organization "Sotrudnichestvo-91", uniting Russian entrepreneurs in various branches of business.
